(KAIR) -- A 31-year-old Valley Falls man will head to prison for his role in the burglary of the abandoned BioFoods building in rural Oskaloosa.
Christopher Dollen was sentenced to 27 months in prison on one count of burglary late last week in Jefferson County District Court.
Dollen and three others were arrested in late September after a witness saw a pickup pulling away from the building filled with scrapped materials.
52-year-old Kevin Davis, pleaded no contest last week to the charges of burglary, felony theft, felony obstruction and possession of methamphetamine.
Sentencing is set for March 21st.
Jacob Courter was sentenced last week to two years probation for the burglary.
Pleasant Courter has an arraignment scheduled for February 21st for his alleged role.
