(KAIR) -- A 47-year-old Atchison man will head to jury trial after pleading not guilty to multiple drug charges Friday in Atchison County District Court.
Prosecution will present their case against Steven Bowen on March 12th on three counts of possession of narcotics and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was arrested in mid-November by Atchison Police following a search of a residence at 1201 Pacific Court where Bowen was believed to be staying.
The search discovered several controlled pharmaceuticals allegedly belonging to Bowen.
Bowen is currently free on bond.
