(KAIR) -- An 18-year-old Atchison man will head to prison after having his probation revoked as a result of pleading guilty to new charges.
Ricky Stillman pled guilty to three counts of criminal use of a financial card and one count of misdemeanor theft Friday in Atchison County District Court.
As a result, Stillman had his probation revoked on a conviction in late 2012 for indecent solicitation of a child.
He will serve the original sentence of 18 months.
Stillman was given a concurrent jail sentence on the new charges.
He was arrested in early January for taking a financial card from an Atchison resident and using it three times at Atchison businesses.
