(KAIR) -- While flu season has taken a toll on many this year, several people have taken the advice of many doctors and getting the flu shot.
However, one doctor says you are setting yourself up for the flu if you get it.

That’s Chicago Doctor Cass Ingram.
He says the key to virus prevention is in the cupboard, not at flu shot sites outside the doctor’s office.
