(KAIR) -- A 22-year-old Oskaloosa man is in custody on multiple charges, including aggravated burglary.
According to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Darian Richter was booked for allegedly breaking into a residence in the 500 block of Monroe Street in Oskaloosa Monday evening while the resident was at home and took items valued at less than a thousand dollars.
Deputies were able to respond to a call of a burglary in-progress and apprehend Richter on the allegations.
He’s also charged with misdemeanor criminal damage and theft.
Richter remains in the Jefferson County Jail.
