(KAIR) -- A 22-year-old Atchison man will head to prison on an aggravated escape charge.
James Crawford was sentenced Monday in Atchison County District Court to 19 months in prison on the charge.
He also got concurrent sentences on additional charges of no drug tax stamp, and misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and interference with a law enforcement officer.
Crawford was arrested in early June after fleeing for Atchison Police officers on two occasions in connection with a traffic crash investigation.
