(KAIR) -- An 18-year-old Atchison man made his first appearance on an unlawful electronic solicitation of a child charge Friday in Atchison County District Court.
Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson says Ricky Stillman was arrested earlier this week on the charge.

Stillman remains in Atchison County Jail on 100 thousand dollars bond and will make his next appearance in court on October 12th.
