(KAIR) -- A 37-year-old Atchison man pleads guilty to multiple charges prior to his scheduled jury trial Tuesday in Atchison County District Court.
Keith Allen pled to the felony charge of possession of an opiate and an amended charge of disorderly conduct.
He was arrested June 19th by Atchison Police following a drug investigation where authorities found a patch containing fentanyl that was in Allen’s home.
Allen has been in Atchison County Jail on a revoked bond since late August after failing a bond mandated drug test.
Sentencing will be November 9th.
