Falls City Council To Meet Tuesday Evening

 (KLZA) The Falls City, City Council will meet Tuesday at 7 p-m.  The meeting postponed one day due to the Labor Day holiday.  

Agenda items include discussion of ordinances concerning the hours of sale of alcoholic beverages, the National Flood Insurance Program and an ordinance concerning the Library Board.

There is also a request to have the city attorney create an ordinance to allow city residents to drive all terrain vehicles from their house in the city limits to farm ground they own.

The Council is also expected to go into executive session to discuss a land purchase.
