( KMZA )--The Nemaha County ( Ks ) Commission is proposing a 2013 county budget of $13.2 million that calls for the property tax levy to remain the same.
The commission approved the budget for publication during a special meeting Wednesday.
The proposed budget contains an estimated tax rate of 50.52 mills, which is expected to generate nearly $6.3 million.
The commission will consider adoption of the budget following a public hearing on September 17th at 10 in the morning.
