(KAIR) -- A 58-year-old Atchison man pleads guilty to amended sex-related charges Monday in Atchison County District Court.
Kenneth Tull, Senior pled to a misdemeanor count of sexual battery, amended from a felony charge of aggravated sexual battery.
He was arrested in late June by Atchison Police for having inappropriate sexual contact with an 18-year-old acquaintance.
Sentencing is scheduled for September 7th.
He remains free on 50 thousand dollars bond.
