(KAIR) -- A 54-year-old Atchison man is in custody for allegedly threatening another person with a weapon.
Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson explains the Wednesday arrest of Oscar Burnett.

Burnett was booked on the charge of aggravated assault and remains in Atchison County Jail awaiting bond and formal charges.
