An Atchison woman pleads guilty to a count of burglary Monday in Atchison County District Court.
Ashley Dithmart was arrested by Atchison Police for making forced entry on 1225 Mound St. in early June.
She could face 11 to 34 months prison time.
In exchange for the plea, a misdemeanor theft charge has been dismissed.
Dithmart was granted a PR bond, as she is eligible for presumptive probation.
Another person allegedly involved in the case is Raechelle Jones.
She will make her next appearance in court on that case on June 25th.
Jones was also sentenced Monday in court to 18 months probation under the Senate Bill 123 program.
That came from a suspended 15 month prison sentence.
Her probation will start after a 30 day jail sanction.
