An Atchison man facing drug charges has them dismissed, only to have his probation from a previous case revoked and ordered to serve the remainder of that sentence.

Brandon Walker will serve the remainder of his six month sentence for a May 2011 conviction of domestic battery.

He had charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed prior to the revocation Monday in Atchison County District Court.

Walker was given the drug charges as an accessory, being present in a room during the execution of a search warrant of a residence in the 600 block of Parallel on May 11th where substances believed to be methamphetamine were found.

The occupant of that room was Sheena Kley, who pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine Monday as part of a plea deal.

In exchange, a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed.

She will be sentenced on the charge on July 23rd.

Other people alleged to be involved in the case, Craig Lawless and Chantiel Kley, will make their next appearances in the case on June 18th.

Lawless faces charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chantiel Kley faces five felony counts: possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of Atchison Middle School, no drug tax stamp, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction, and conspiracy to possess methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

Chantiel Kley had her bond revoked and remains in Atchison County Jail while Sheena Kley and Lawless remain free on 10 thousand dollars bond.
