A 35-year-old Saint Joseph man pled guilty to taking thousands of dollars of electronics Monday in Atchison County District Court.
Jason Langley will be sentenced June 25th on the level nine felony theft charge.
He was arrested by Atchison Police after a pursuit in late April.
After the vehicle was stopped and suspects apprehended, officers discovered the electronics in the trunk stolen from Wal-Mart.
Another individual allegedly involved in the thefts, 31-year-old Randi Lukehart of Saint Joseph is currently has a Buchanan County Jail hold, with charges there.
A third individual, believed to be involved, escaped by foot from police that night.

Police Chief Mike Wilson says that individual, whose name isn’t being released, was recently in Buchanan County Jail on charges in Missouri.
Wilson says the County Prosecutor plans to file charges against him in the case.
As for Langley, he was released Monday on a PR bond since he qualifies for presumptive probation.
