A 21-year-old Atchison woman opts for a preliminary hearing on a felony aggravated assault charge Wednesday in Atchison County Court.
Mary McDonald will have the prelim on May 23rd.
She was arrested by Atchison police in early April for allegedly pointing a gun at a 19 year old victim during a disturbance on March 15th.
McDonald was ordered to pay a 100 dollar application fee for court appointed council by Atchison County Robert Bednar by Monday in order remain free on 10 thousand dollars bond.
