The other first-round game Thursday has number-two seed Lindsey Wilson College facing number three seed Bellevue University at 2:00 p.m. Thursday.
The regional championship game of the double-elimination tournament is scheduled for Saturday evening, with a game on Monday if necessary.
Peru State will be making its first-ever appearance in the NAIA National Baseball Tournament after winning the Heart of America Athletic Conference Tournament title last weekend.
