In the light of recent proposed furloughs, as well as conflicts in the Atchison County Judge and County Attorney’s schedule, criminal court dockets will take place on uncommon days.
The courts plan to hold a criminal docket beginning at one the afternoons of May 2nd and 9th.
Criminal court dockets usually happen on Monday afternoons and Friday mornings, however, furlough dates have been proposed by Supreme Court Judge Lawton Nuss on Fridays over the next couple of months.
