A 64 year old Atchison man will spend nearly the next decade in prison after being sentenced Monday in Atchison County Court.
Ronald Oden was sentenced to 59 months in prison with three years of post-release probation on two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
Prior to sentencing, the victim’s mother addressed the court and said that Oden “ruined his child’s life.”
He was arrested by Atchison Police January 4th for what factual basis reports say sexual fondling a 12 year old girl on two occasions between May and September 2011.
