Richardson County Commissioners voted unanimously Tuesday morning to set the recall election of Richardson County Assessor Regina Cummings for Tuesday, May 15th. ( play audio :40 seconds )
Following the reading of the resolution by Commission Chairman David Sickel, Board members Bill Ely and Jim Davidson approved the resolution for the recall election.
The Recall Affidavit was filed February 6th by Fred Brewer and Terry Lotter who were the principal circulators of the recall petition.
