A Leavenworth woman has 20 felony charges amended to two misdemeanor counts as part of a plea dea Monday in Atchison County Court.
Roxanna Henderson pled guilty to two misdemeanor counts of theft of money on two occasions from her former employer Cash 2 Go in Atchison.
Factual Basis reports say she took less than one thousand dollars on two occasions from the business in between August and November 2011.
The plea is contingent on if she can pay full restitution immediately.
She is out on 10 thousand dollars bond and sentencing is scheduled for April 23rd.
