A 27 year old Atchison man opts to have a preliminary hearing on a felony firearms charge Monday in Atchison County Court.
Sylvester Williams will have the hearing on April 26th.
He was arrested on January 11th by Atchison police after a search warrant allegedly found a gun in his residence.
Williams is currently out on bond.
