A Hiawatha based, regional mud racing organization, is celebrating their success in
2011 while looking ahead to their 2012 season.

The success of 2011, including their second straight win at the annual championship held between rival organizations(Play Audio :21 seconds)
The top racers in each class are crowned, as well as the organization whose members scored the most combined points during the race.
According to Williams, he Shootout awarded over 15-thousand-dollars in prize money, and was comprised of 434 entries,making it one of the largest organized mud races ever held.
Now, Williams says the members of the Mud Boggers are looking towards continued success in 2012(Play Audio :13 seconds)
The membership of the Midwest Mud Boggers is comprised of members of the local, and regional, area, with some familiar names taking honors during this year's championship.
