A second candidate has filed for 2nd District Brown County Commissioner.
Richard “ Dick” Geiger of Everest filed today ( Friday )on the Republican ticket.
Geiger previously served as the road foreman for the 2nd District for twenty plus years, retiring in November of last year.
The position is currently held by Keith Olsen, a rural Horton Republican. Olsen filed earlier this week for re-election to a second 4-year term.
All county offices, except that of 1st District commissioner, are up for election this November.
Candidates have until noon, June 1st to file.
