(KLZA)-- The Richardson County Fair continues through Saturday in Humboldt.
Parades featuring area bands, floats, horses, costumed children, and various types of vehicles and business floats will begin at 11 a.m. Friday and Saturday with the King and Queen’s float leading the way.
Each day of the Fair there will be free acts at 2 in the afternoon and 8 at night on the stage in the City Square Park. Rain would move the shows to the City Auditorium.
The Friday entertainment features the group High Heel at 2 o’clock. Dawson native Lisa Heim will be the featured vocalist of the popular band.
At 8 Friday evening “The Wissmann Family” another group that got their start in Richardson County will be the featured act.
Friday events include the poultry judging, the 4 o’clock Kiddy Tractor Pull and a 9:30 p.m. street dance featuring the Tim Strathman Band on the northwest corner of the square in Humboldt.
