(KMZA)--A utility task vehicle is missing, and the Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office has launched an investigation to find it.
According to Sheriff Greg Riat, the 2011 Polaris Ranger 500 UTV side by side was stolen sometime between May 1st and May 20th.
The owner filed the report on June 20th, saying it disappeared from a location on Sales Road in rural Westmoreland.
The UTV is described as being a stock model with red paint and black trim, a roll cage, black wheels and a yellow “CAT” decal.
The value of the vehicle is more than $5,000.
Riat requests that anyone with information about the UTV to call (785) 457-3353.
