(KTNC)--An 18-year-old Tarkio, Missouri man suffered injuries following a one vehicle Monday evening crash a quarter mile south of Tarkio.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Matthew Robinson was northbound on U.S. Highway 59 when his vehicle traveled into the southbound lane, leaving the roadway on the left side. The vehicle then struck an electrical pole, a mailbox, and a tree.
Robinson was transported by the Atchison-Holt Ambulance to the Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax, Missouri for treatment of what the Patrol describes as moderate injuries.
The Atchison County Missouri Sheriff's Department assisted at the scene.
The Patrol says Robinson was not buckled up at the time of the crash.
