(KAIR)--The Missouri Department of Transportation is warning motorists of several ramp closures at the Interstate 29 and U.S, route 36 interchange in St. Joseph, set to take place during the next week.
According to a release from MoDOT, a resurfacing project has necessitated the closures. Each ramp will close at 6:00PM and will reopen by 6:00 the following morning. Only one ramp will be closed at time. The westbound U.S. Route 36 ramp to southbound I-29 will be closed Thursday, the southbound I-29 ramp to eastbound U.S. Route 36 will close Friday, the eastbound U.S. Route 36 ramp to northbound I-29 will close Saturday, and the Northbound I-28 ramp to westbound U.S. Route 36 will close Sunday.
Motorists will need to use alternate routes during the closures.
