(KAIR)--The Atchison Police Department is investigating a theft from the Atchison Child Care Association that took place over the weekend.
Police Chief Mike Wilson says the theft took place sometime between 5:30 Friday evening and early Sunday morning. An unknown suspect made forced entry through a window in the building, and removed two computers from the property.
The total loss in the case is approximately $2,000.
Police do not yet have any suspects, but the search for leads continues.
