(KLZA)-- An Auburn man has been sentenced to concurrent five-year prison sentences in Nemaha County, Nebraska District Court on felony charges of sexual assault in the first degree.
22-year-old Dylan Donnelly was arrested for the assault of a woman in Auburn in June, 2014.
Barring the loss of good time, Donnelly is eligible for parole after serving two and a-half years.
In addition, Donnelly must register as a sexual offender for 25 years. He was also ordered to pay court costs of $145.
