(KLZA)-- One person was injured in wreck in Rulo Saturday afternoon involving three vehicles at the intersection of First Street and Highway 159.
According to the Richardson County Sheriff’s Office, 61-year-old Connie Gordon of Forest City, Missouri had stopped at the STOP sign on First Street in her northbound car. Gordon proceeded across Highway 159 and was struck broadside by an eastbound pickup driven by 57-year-old Brenda Milne of Oregon, Missouri around 2:30.
The collision forced the Gordon car into the front of a Nissan Pathfinder driven by 63-year-old Easton, Missouri resident Kent Edmonds that was stopped on Highway 159, waiting to turn south onto First Street.
Gordon, who suffered a possible neck injury, was transported to Community Medical Center by the Falls City Volunteer Ambulance Squad. She was initially trapped inside her car. Milne and Edmonds weren't hurt.
