(KLZA)-- April 6 – 10 is Public Transportation Week in Nebraska. The week is to celebrate Nebraska Public Transit.
Richardson County Public Transit will be showing customers appreciation during the week. The top five riders from March will receive a carnation and each rider this week in Richardson County will receive a change to win one of five free round trip tickets good until the end of April of a free $20 ticket.
Proclamations have been signed by area County Commissioners and community Mayors to help increase the awareness of Public Transportation in the area.
