(KMZA)--A portion of K-16 Highway in Pottawatomie County will be closed Tuesday for tube replacement work under the roadway.
The Kansas Department of Transportation says eastbound and westbound K-16 will be closed from the U.S.63 junction to the Lincoln Road intersection about four miles east of Onaga from 8 in the morning until 4 in the afternoon, weather permitting.
Advance message boards will alert traffic to the full roadway closure. No marked detours will be provided. Drivers must use alternate routes during the daylong roadway closure.
