(KNZA)--A 44-year-old rural Denison man is in custody, arrested Thursday in connection with burglaries in the Jackson County community.
Sheriff Tim Morse says Stoney Hards was arrested following the execution of a search warrant at his residence, north of Denison, located at 19575 W. Road.
Morse says it's believed that items found during the search were stolen from a residence in the city of Denison that Hards allegedly burglarized multiple times.
Hards, who faces six counts of burglary and six counts of theft, is held in the Jackson County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
