(KLZA)-- A Falls City man has been arrested by the Falls City Police Department on a felony charge of delivery of a controlled substance. 20-year old Paul Harmon is also charged with a misdemeanor charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Assistant Police Chief Jamie Baker said Harmon was arrested for allegedly supplying marijuana to a minor on Sunday, February 15th. The Falls City Police Department was notified about the alleged crime. Assistant Chief Baker interviewed Harmon and made the arrest.
Harmon is in the Richardson County Jail.
