(KAIR)--An Atchison teen has entered a plea in an Atchison County child sex case.
17-year-old Dequan Rawles pleaded guilty Monday in Atchison County District Court to a charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
Sentencing has been set for March 9th.
Rawles and two others were arrested in September after a police investigation showed that they had engaged in unlawful sexual relations with a 13-year-old female during three, unrelated instances in October 2013.
Rawles, who was 16-years-old at the time the crime occurred, had been certified as an adult because he was on probation for another sex related crime when the incident took place.
