(KNZA)-A Topeka man, who fled from a Brown County courtroom after his bond was revoked Wednesday, remains on the run.
According to Brown County Sheriff John Merchant, 38-year-old Michael James Bakos is accused of domestic battery, following an incident earlier this month, that led to his arrest.
Bakos is described as white with hazel eyes, short blond hair or a shaved head, standing 6'3” and weighing around 260 pounds. He wears glasses and has a boil on his face.
Merchant says Bakos was last seen driving a white 2009 Toyota Camry with a Brown County license plate of 139DIM
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Brown County authorities.
