(KLZA)-- A May 13th jury trial has been set for a Falls City man accused of threatening a Falls City couple..
25-year-old Jeff Morely pleaded " not guilty" to four charges in Richardson County District Court Tuesday.
Morely is charged with a pair of felony counts of terroristic threats, and misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.
