(KLZA)-- Drug use is believed to have been a contributing factor in a single vehicle wreck in Pawnee County late Thursday night or early Friday morning resulting in the death of 27-year old Dennis J. Schlund of Humboldt.
According to a news release from Pawnee County Attorney Jennifer Stehlik Ladman, the wreck was discovered shortly before 8 a-m Friday morning. In addition to the driver, Dennis Schlund, three minor children were injured. It appears that all the occupants of the vehicle were unrestrained and all were ejected from the vehicle. The identity and medical condition of the minor children is not being released.
The investigation by the Pawnee County Sheriff’s Office says it appears Schlund was traveling east on Highway 4 when he lost control of his vehicle, causing it to roll multiple times before coming to rest in a field. The wreck occurred approximately two miles west of Table Rock near 624 Road.
Dennis Schlund was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation into the wreck is ongoing.

Please get your story straight. He was not 37 and why would criminal charges be brought, when he passed away and it was a single car accident? Not a really reliable source of information.
