(KNZA)--A single-vehicle wreck in Wathena early Thursday morning sent a Wathena man to the hospital.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says 22-year-old Jordan Lester was northbound in the 800 block of North 4th Street when his pickup truck left the roadway, striking two trees and a culvert shortly after 1:30.
Lester was transported to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph with what the Patrol described as disabling injuries.
The Patrol says he was not wearing a seatbelt.
