(KNZA)--A single-vehicle crash on New Years' Day on U.S. 169 Highway about four miles south of St. Joseph claimed the life of a Kansas City, Missouri man.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says killed the wreck, which was reported shortly after 7:45 Thursday morning, was 24-year-old Thomas Aaron.
The Patrol says Aaron was the passenger in a northbound car that traveled off the highway twice and overturned, coming to rest in a pasture.
