(KAIR)--The trial for a Kansas City man, accused of drug related crimes in Atchison, has been set.
38-year-old Nathaniel Hayward appeared in Atchison County District Court Monday afternoon, where Judge Martin Asher set a trial date for January 13th.
Hayward was arrested in August after Atchison police found him asleep in a vehicle parked at the Tenth Street railroad crossing. Upon further investigation, officers discovered what appeared to be marijuana and cocaine in his possession.
