(KNZA)--A no contest plea is entered by a rural Horton man charged with sex-related crimes.
Shandon Hoobler entered the plea during his arraignment in Brown County District Court this week, facing the charges of electronic solicitation of a child and sexual exploitation of a child.
Sentencing is now set for January 26th.
The alleged crimes happened between January 1st and May 16th of this year with a victim identified only as a Brown County child born in 2002.
Hoobler was arrested in May following an investigation by the Brown County Sheriff's Office.
Hoobler is jailed in Brown County, following the revocation of his half-million dollar bond.
