(KNZA)--A Mayetta man has been indicted on a federal charge related to a carjacking that authorities say happened last month.
29-year-old Michael Francis Dorsch is charged with one count of carjacking, with the U.S. Attorney's office alleging that he used force against another person to steal a 2004 GMC Yukon.
U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom says the alleged crime happened on November 14th in Shawnee County.
If convicted, Dorsch faces a maximum penalty of 15-years in federal prison and fine up to $250,000.
