(KNZA)--A jury trial is scheduled for next year in Brown County District Court for an Atchison County man accused of arson.
39-year-old Johnny Hogue entered a plea of not guilty to the felony charge Monday and the 4-day trial was set to start on February 10th.
He's accused of setting fire to a 1998 Chevy Camaro on March 4th.
He was arrested in the Atchison County community of Potter in June.
Hogue also faces a misdemeanor charge of sexual battery.
Arraignment in that separate case was continued Monday until January 7th.
He remains in the Brown County Jail.
