(KLZA)-- 41-year old Matthew Leaf of Falls City made a felony first appearance in Richardson County Court Monday. Leaf is charged with four, felony counts of possession of child pornography.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 8th. Bond was continued in the case. Leaf is currently free on bond.
Each charge is punishable by up to 20 years in prison and / or a $25,000 fine.
Leaf was arrested October 23rd following an investigation by the Nebraska Attorney Generals office that began in October, 2013.
A computer at his Falls City apartment allegedly contained numerous images of child pornography.
