Tex Goodpasture
(KNZA)--A Sabetha man has pleaded no contest to a charge of indecent solicitation of a child.
21-year-old Tex Goodpasture entered the plea Monday in Brown County District Court to the felony charge, which authorities say involved a child between the ages of 14 and 16.
Sentencing was set for December 15th.
Goodpasture was arrested in September following an investigation by the Hiawatha Police Department.
