(KLZA)-- A 45-year-old Falls City is accused of sexual assaulting two young females.
Bobby Birdsell Jr. appeared in Richardson County Court Monday on two felony counts of sexual assault of a child in the third degree.
According to court documents, on or about October 10th and 11th Birdsell allegedly subjected two females 14 or younger to sexual contact.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for December 3. Bond was set at $10,000. Birdsell has been released on bond.
Johnson County Attorney, Julie Smith, is serving as a special prosecutor in this case.
