(KNZA)--The Kansas National Guard’s 2nd Battalion, 130th Field Artillery Regiment and its subordinate units will conduct patch ceremonies on Saturday, November 1st where they will change their shoulder patch.
The shoulder sleeve insignia, the unit patch, is the unique identifier to differentiate one brigade from another. The 2-130th FA is now commanded by the recently activated 130th Field Artillery Brigade which is headquartered in Manhattan.
Locally, ceremonies are planned at 1 o’clock at the Hiawatha armory and at 4 o’clock at the Marysville and Holton armories.
The ceremonies are open to the public.
