(KLZA)-- Randy E. Ninemires of Falls City entered a plea of not guilty to a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine in Richardson County District Court Tuesday.
A jury trial is scheduled for December 10th. Bond was continued in the case.
Ninemires was arrested by the Falls City Police Department in July. Officer James Wasson made contact with Ninemires as part of a shoplifting investigation. Ninemires was allegedly uncooperative and was jailed. At the time of his arrest Ninemires was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine.
